Winnie the Pooh Mural

A couple in Golder’s Green, North London, commissioned this mural for their daughter’s new nursery. They had already themed the bedroom with Winnie the Pooh accessories and wanted something that would complete the room.

This spot design sits in the middle of the main wall. It creates a focal point in the room and allows for furniture to sit either side of the painting without obstructing the piece.

Adding familiar text to a familiar theme brings a bit more fun into the piece don’t you think?

Alice used glitter paint on the honey spilling from the honey pot to give it an extra sticky feel, it was also added to the wings of the bees for a little extra magic!

The couple said of the finished piece, ‘The mural is so special and has had so many lovely comments from friends and family!
