Payment Terms

A 50% deposit will be required to secure a contract for any commissions. This covers the time reserved for the work to be carried out and materials.  No contract will exist until the required deposit has been received and this contract will then be governed by English Law.

The remaining 50% of the quoted amount will be due for payment once you have signed off the completed commission.

For large projects, the remaining 50% may be broken into instalments of two 25% payments. Alice will advise on when this will apply.

The finished commission remains the property of Alice on the wall until all payments have been made.

Once the final payment has been received the commission will be dispatched for delivery.

If the client is not happy with the finished goods and wishes to receive a refund; please see the ‘alteration, cancellation and refund policy’ below

All orders must be paid for using Paypal or BACs, local orders can be paid for with cash on collection and UK orders can be paid with cheques.

Cancellation, Alteration and Refund Policy:

Cancellations:

A 7 day full money back guarantee is provided should you wish to cancel your order after paying the deposit.

Due to the bespoke nature of a commission, in the event of cancellation after this 7 day period the 50% deposit becomes non-refundable and will be retained by Alice on the wall. This to cover the cost of any work already started and the time reserved to carry out your commission.

Alterations:

If you would like any alterations to be made these must be requested within 7 days of receiving a photograph of the finished commission which will be emailed to you. No amendments will be made once the commission has been sent out for delivery.

Any alterations to the finished commissions which fall outside the original design brief agreed between Alice on the wall and the client are subject to Alice's discretion and will be subject to further charges.

Refunds:

While every endeavour will be made to fulfil any alterations to your satisfaction, if you are still not happy with the finished commission and would like a refund, (either after receiving the emailed photograph of the finished commission or receiving the finished piece in the post) you have 30 days to request this and a refund for the total amount minus the deposit will be given.

If you request a refund after having received your order, the work must be sent back or handed over to Alice on the wall without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day in which the cancellation of the contract is communicated to Alice on the wall and you agree to bear the cost of returning the goods.
